Scheduling a Session

All sessions are offered through secure telehealth, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home.
Scheduling is simple—you’ll receive access to a confidential client portal where you can:

  • Book your sessions at a time that works best for you
  • Complete and review privacy policies and consent forms
  • Fill out a client questionnaire and initial assessment
  • Submit insurance information
  • Arrange payment for copays or session fees
What to Expect

During our first full session, we’ll focus on getting to know your story, identifying your goals, and building a supportive plan tailored to your needs. Therapy with me is collaborative—I’ll walk alongside you, offering guidance, evidence-based tools, and a safe space to explore your experiences.
